A short guided practice you can start using immediately
For nearly a decade, I felt lost inside myself.
On the outside, I looked fine — smiling, functioning, doing what I was “supposed” to do. But if you look closely at this photo… my eyes tell a different story.
I felt disconnected, drained, and like a part of me was slowly fading.
By the time I reached college, everything felt overwhelming and I felt like somthing had to change. I needed a way to feel like myself again. Then I took a class that opened a door — and then one teacher introduced me to a compassion-based meditation practice that changed everything for me.
I practiced it every day for three weeks.
Slowly, something inside me began to shift.
I woke up with more energy.
I felt clearer.
My heart felt open.
My intuition lit up in ways I’d never experienced.
For the first time in a long time… I felt truly awake and alive.
Since then, I’ve shared this meditation method around the world, including at UCLA. It’s simple, gentle, and surprisingly powerful — a practice rooted in warmth, connection, and compassion.
If you’re here reading this, you probably already know you’re ready for a change too. And this practice may be the next step you’ve been looking for.
Why this meditation is different:
Most meditation tells you to “clear your mind,” “be still,” or “detach.”
But for people who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally shut down…These approaches can feel impossible — or even increase anxiety. This masterclass offers something different:
A gentle method that:
Doesn’t require perfect focus
Doesn’t pressure you to be calm
Doesn’t ask you to fight your thoughts
Teaches your nervous system to feel safe again
This masterclass is for you if you want:
A clear, simple practice to cultivate calm and centered presence.
A grounded, non-dogmatic way to deepen your spiritual connection.
A daily method that supports clarity, consistency, and inner steadiness.
Tools that encourage healthier, more connected relationships.
A gentle approach to easing inner tension and cultivating self-kindness.
A warm, guided space to explore personal growth at your own pace.
